• Attend to spills immediately by blotting (not rubbing) and always ensure the surface is fully dried afterward.

Return & Damage Policy

• All products are made to order; hence, no returns or cancellations after order confirmation.
• For damaged or broken items, an uncut unboxing video is mandatory as proof for claims.
• Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or support.
